Barrett is responsible for all aspects of the company including sales, operations, talent representation, finance, marketing, innovation and key investment decisions for the growing our global business. Barrett also leads, mentors and manages BigSpeak’s world class team ensuring growth is sustainable and congruous with cultural values. He is dead serious about a happy, healthy, and passionate culture. He also currently serves as a Board Member of The Channel Islands YMCA.
